How Does It Work

If you are looking for an authentic and exclusive way to experience typical Venetian flavours, you have come to the right place.

Skip the lines, the noise and the over-priced spots and let me be your guide. We’ll explore the Rialto market and scout for fish from the Adriatic sea, spices from the east and splendid vegetables from the nearby islands to create a delicious lunch from scratch and enjoy it with a glass (or two!) of Prosecco.

My cooking classes are tailored around you: sessions can vary from hands-on experiences to “sit back and relax”. We will discuss the menu in advance to meet your preferences and needs, always taking into account seasonal availability.

 

The experience will be only for you and your Group, I only offer private classes to guarantee an exclusive, unique experience. Groups can range from 1 to 6 people.
