My cooking classes are tailored around you: sessions can vary from hands-on experiences to “sit back and relax”. We will discuss the menu in advance to meet your preferences and needs, always taking into account seasonal availability.

A must do if your thinking about a cooking class! I can't imagine a better experience then the one Chef Michele gave us. His background speaks for itself but his super personality and patience with us it what made the experience so enjoyable!
We did the fresh past class and made 3 different dishes. We met in the market to pick out the fresh ingredients and then went to his kitchen and got to work. We finished the class of by making some Gelato.

I can't recommend Chef Michele and his class any higher! My wife, 19 year old son and I had a blast. (and my son is not into cooking at all) We just ordered our Pasta maker today!

Exceeded EVERY expection!!! We had the MOST amazing experience with Chef Michele! To start, he was wonderfully flexible as one in our group had some food allergies. The menu he planned was just perfect for our small group (3).
Chef was so personable and welcoming that it didn't feel like a lesson at all -- just cooking with an old friend in his wonderful home and kitchen. The session was very hands on with Chef adding all kinds of hints and tips for us to try when we make the recipes back home. The end result was the best meal we had in our 14 days traveling around Italy -- which is saying a great deal!!

Most importantly, this was a very special trip celebrating graduation for our 18 old niece -- she loved every minute of the day and is STILL talking about it as one of the highlights of her trip.

If I could give the experience 10 stars I would -- this experience should not be missed! And, we will definitely do it again next time we are in Venice!

Excellent pasta class Of course, the best part was eating what we made! Ravioli with pumpkin filling, carbonara, chocolate panna cotta, lovely wine! The absolute best meal we had during the week in Venice! Excellent teacher and chef!

Absolute perfection Such a fantastic experience. Michele provided one of the highlights of our two weeks in Italy. Phenomenally likeable and we learned a lot about cooking pasta. From meeting him at the market, to cooking in his kitchen, it was perfect from start to finish. So glad we chose him over. Our kids had a great time as well and he was wonderful with them. I suppose most importantly, it was legit one of the best meals we had during our trip. His carbonara is a gift from god. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Best experience ever!!! The overall experience with Michele was absolutely amazing, from the market tour to the lessons to the meal. This is definitely worth a try. Also, he was super friendly and a perfect host!

Une expérience à ne pas manquer !! Nous avons passé un super moment avec Michele et appris beaucoup de choses. Nous avions réservé le cours pour réaliser des pâtes fraîches. Il nous a tout d'abord emmené faire un tour du marché du Rialto afin de choisir ce que nous avions envie de préparer comme poissons, légumes... Il a nous également raconté des anecdotes sur la ville. Nous avons ensuite rejoint son bel appartement, où nous avons pu préparer les différents plats : 3 plats de pâtes fraîches avec sauces/accompagnements différents ainsi qu'une panna cotta. Nous avons aussi appris comment faire un pesto maison et Michele nous a montré comment réaliser toutes sortes de pâtes. Tout ça autour d'un bon verre de vin ! Le repas était délicieux ! Vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter 😊 Merci encore Michele !

Magica giornata Giornata indimenticabile. Pensando di fare un regalo a mia sorella per il suo compleanno, ho contattato Michele. Alla fine il regalo l'ho fatto a me che l'ho accompagnata. Esperienza piacevolissima e poi Michele una persona squisita. Siamo stati assieme al mercato per scegliere le materie prime e poi fra un'informazione storica e l'altra siamo arrivate nella sua splendida dimora. Se abitassi vicino farei corsi settimanali. Siamo già d'accordo di rivederci a settembre per il corso pizza. Non vedo l'ora. Giovanna

Cooking class with Chef Michele Cabianca Best experience of my trip to Venice! What an amazing day, getting fresh ingredients from the marking and getting to cook them while learning techniques and skills that I’ll be able to use in my everyday life! Chef Michele was so friendly and knowledgeable and loves to teach! I am definitely planning on taking another class with him the next time I am in Venice! 10/10 would recommend!

Splendid food and a superb Host and chef Such a great experience I will never forget. Bringing my family to this fantastic city and celebrating my 60th birthday with doing this experience. It was even better than I could imagine. Michele took us first to the market which was a lovely experience and buying local produce which we later all together prepared. A fabulous host and a brilliant chef. Thank you Michele for showing us, how great the Italian cuisine is and how to prepare. Grazie
